1. Brown fused alumina
Brown fused alumina is electrically fused in an arc-furnace from a mixture of bauxite, coke (anthracite) as main raw materials at high temperature. Its chemical composition contains AL2O3, TIO2, a small amount of SIO2 and FE2O3, est., micro-hardness: 1800-2200KG/MM2, its toughness is higher than silicon carbide. Abrasive articles made of it are suited for grinding metals of high-tensile strength such as steel, annealed malleable iron and hard high-class refractory products.
2. White fused alumina
Its main material is bayed alumina, which is electrically fused in high temperature. It is white and its hardness is higher, but toughness is lowers than that of brown fused alumina. The abrasive tools made of it are suitable for the grinding of high carbon steel, high speed steel and chilled steel. It can also be used as polishing materials and precision founding sand, spraying and coating materials, catalyst carrier, special ceramics and super refractory materials.
3. Black fused alumina
With high toughness, black fused alumina is extremely suitable for polishing stainless steel and non-ferrous metals. Its grinding efficiency is much higher than that of brown fused alumina and the finishing effect is much better than many of other abrasive materials.
It is used to grind cast iron, non-ferrous metals, rubber, leather, plastic, wood, mineral rock, etc. It can also be used to manufacture high-class refractory product.
4. Pink fused alumina
Its main material is bayed alumina, which is electrically fused in high temperature, being added with the right quantity of oxidized chromium. It is pink. Its hardness is close to, but toughness higher than that of white fused alumina. the abrasive tools made of it feature excellent durability and high processing cleanness, which are suitable for the precision grinding of the measuring tools, lathe main shafts, instruments and apparatus part, threading work pieces and samplers, etc.
5. Black silicon carbide
It is used to grind cast iron, non-ferrous metals rubber, leather, plastic, wood, mineral rocks, etc. It can also be used to manufacture high-class refractory products.
6. Green silicon carbide
Green silicon carbide is suitable for processing hard alloy, metallic and non-metallic materials with hard and brittle feature such as copper, brass, aluminum, magnesium, jewel, optical glass, ceramics, etc. super powder of it is also a kind of ceramics material.
7. Garnet
The specific gravity of garnet is 3.96g/cm3. The main inner structure of garnet is crystallized iron and alumina. It is suitable for free lapping or being used for making organic bonded abrasive tools. It also has non-abrasive application.
8. Steel shot & Steel grit
Steel shot and steel grit is a kind of metal abrasives; it has a lot of advantages, such as diagram surface, suitable hardness, high strength, wear-resisting, meticulous structure etc. It can be widely used for cleaning, strengthening and scraping surface of all kinds of casting parts, forging parts, nonferrous metal casting parts and stone cutting. Classified: steel shot, GP steel grit, GL steel
grit, GH steel grit, cut steel wire shot, iron shot(grit), stainless steel shot etc.
A: steel shot
It is fit to bleat-clean sand of casting, remove rust and pea cocky surface.
B: GH steel grit
Although harder than GP steel grit, GL steel grit also losses its sharp edges during sandblasting. It is particularly suited to descalling and surface preparation applications.
C: Stainless steel shot
A kind of pellet with high cleaning. The product has a lot of advantages, Such as clean and bright surface, even diagram, suitable hardness, high strength, ware-resisting, meticulous structure etc, It can be used for cleaning, strengthening and scraping surface of all kinds of nonferrous metal casting parts.
9. Flap disc
It is made by fiberglass pad and colophony, by suitable temperature and pressure. It is used for making flap disc, and polishing.
10. Dur aluminum body
It is made from aluminum powder and comminuted steel shot by adding appropriate additives and go through advanced casting and precision finishing.
11. Olivine
Use: refractory¸ Industry daub¸ molding sand.
12. Backing pads
It is the self-finished products of flap discs. Special requirements on technical item can be satisfied.
Fibreglass plate are specially backing for making flap disc, the type including T27 ,T28,T29. The plates are made of the fibreglass yarn and weaved into fiber glass net at our workshop.

13. Cutting wheel & grinding wheel
It is made with selected high quality abrasives and synthetic resin reinforcing by special fabrics. It can possess some unique feature’s high ten sile strength, shock strength and bending strength. They are widely used in cutting and grinding various metals products (steel, stainless steel, collared metal) and stones. It included flat wheels and depressed center wheels.
